1. When did you first come to San Diego?
Only 8 months ago! It felt like home immediately.
2. What is your favorite thing/attribute/place in or about San Diego?
That the men outnumber the women! Sweet. Eye candy everywhere! Oh, and the awesome everything...sun, beach, hiking, water, mountains, fish tacos everywhere. What more does a girl need??
3. What is your favorite place to eat in San Diego?
So far I've discovered Ebisu Sushi in Hillcrest, Southbeach in OB, Park House Grill, Brockton Villa in La Jolla. I can’t forget lobster burritos from El Zarape and I'm open to new suggestions!
4. What are your top 5 shows/concerts that you’ve been to?
• U2 at Key Arena in Seattle
• Dr. John & BB King at The Pier in Seattle
• Damien Rice (private show) at The Triple Door in Seattle
• Beastie Boys at The Crocodile Cafe in Seattle (only 150 people there!)
• Flaming Lips/Modest Mouse at The Gorge
• Bjork at The Pier in Seattle
• R.E.M in NYC at The Museum of TV & Radio (private show)
• Bruce Hornsby in NYC
• Sting at The Hammerstein Ballroom...and many more I'm forgetting. I know that I'm incredibly spoiled :)
5. What are the 20 albums that you can’t live without?
I will get back to you on this one. It’s tough.
6. If you could be one rock star for a day, who would it be (name and era)?
Gunnar Nelson of Nelson in his long, luscious locks phase
7. Who is the most intimidating person you’ve ever met?
I can't think of one, but I can think of someone who tried to be intimidating: Adam Duritz from Counting Crows (what an A*#hole)
8. If you went into the witness protection program and had to rename yourself, what would it be?
Chan Marshall
9. If you had to create a burrito, what would be in it and what would its name be?
Sausage, eggs & cilantro in a whole wheat burrito (all organic) and it would be called Amanda's Breakfast Goodness.
