ALL Evacuation Orders Lifted—ALL Residents May Return Home
The La Jolla Reservation, the Palomar Mountain community area, and the Hwy 76 corridor—the Valley Center Road/Rincon Ranch Road area to the Lake Henshaw Resort area—are now open to RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES ONLY.
All roads and highways leading to the above communities are open.
The Cleveland National Forest remains closed.

FEMA said that those who sustained losses can begin applying for assistance October 25 by registering online at http://www.fema.gov or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or 1-800-462-7585 (TTY) for the hearing and speech impaired. The toll-free telephone numbers will operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST Monday through Sunday.
