Living Better in San Diego

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Many people forget, or don't have the time, to take the steps needed to be proactive against breast cancer.  Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women and is the second leading cause of death among women.  Laura Farmer Sherman, executive director of the San Diego affiliate for Susan G. Komen For The Cure joined me to talk about the disease, what you can do to protect yourself and loved ones around you and their upcoming fundraisers.
