The San Diego Committee On Employment Of People With Disabilities (SDCEPD) was founded in 1999. It is a non-profit organization that advocates and promotes employment opportunities for people with disabilities through community action, education and a working relationship with various agencies and private companies. Committee members Charlene Autolino and Thomas McKinnon joined me to talk about SDCEPD and their upcoming Jobtoberfest, San Diego's largest job fair for people with disabilities.
