Being Good Neighbors

I think our neighbors are starting to wonder and worry about us. Last night was calm, there was just a few of us here - Hilary and Jeremy, Travis, Jeremy and myself. But then throughout the day, it's been a non-stop parade into the house. It started at 10am with Vampire Weekend then Garett and Woods, then Devo and it's just continued all day. I was bringing The Big Pink over to the house and I noticed our next door neighbors and the people across the street standing on their front lawns giving me the stink eye. I gave them a friendly wave hello and ushered the young rockers into the house. I can only imagine what was going through the neighbor's minds. Their private, little gated community has been invaded by a bunch of vagrants (and I use that in the friendliest way possible).
We'll be good neighbors, but I hope they can get used to us being here. Maybe tomorrow, we'll invite them over for one of Garett's famous mint juleps.

i meant that in a friendly way, but i can imagine that it's a bit weird to see us invade your neighborhood. stop over this afternoon.

Ouch...stink eye...really? We just thought you'd share your catering goodies! come on we are ol'skool DEVO fans from way back.....Have fun...and mint juleps sound deeelightful!
